Motors face tough test against Mossley

Vauxhall Motors host Mossley this Saturday afternoon in their third home game on the spin.

It has been an incredibly tricky start for new manager Danny Holmes, assisted by former Chester and Stockport professional Glenn Rule, as they have faced two high-flying sides in Clitheroe and Leek Town.

However, they have came through that spell with a fantastic win against Clitheroe and a three-all draw against Mossley, frustratingly conceding late on Halloween night.

Ben Dufton-Kelly went off with an early injury on Tuesday night, being replaced by Tom Mitchell who was colossal as always at the back. Sam Booth has also yet to play since being concussed, Ally Hughes being favoured instead.

Mossley have struggled on the road so far this campaign, at the time of writing they have won one of their five outings.

However, due to their fantastic form on home soil their positioned tenth and will thus look to climb further up the table in Ellesmere Port.
