With there being many frozen football facilities across the country, the First Team swapped the training pitch for the spin studio on Tuesday evening.

The First Team completed a Spin Class at the incredible facilities at JD Gym in Bromborough.

We would like to thank our instructors and the gym for the use of the incredible facility.
