Motors face former tenants on Bank Holiday Monday

By Ethan Hoijord
Vauxhall Motors play host to City of Liverpool this Bank Holiday Monday as they look to gather some points next to their name on the league table.

The Motormen have had a frustrating start to the season, which started with a two-all home draw to Witton Albion as a penalty was conceded late on. The most recent outing was a narrow 1-0 defeat at Chasetown on Saturday afternoon.
However, with this summers promotion still fresh in the mind the squad will be of the belief and confidence that they can quickly change their fortunes around.
City of Liverpool, who used to play their home games at The VanEupen Arena, provide the next test after finishing twelfth in May.
It’s set to be a great encounter and as always your support for The Motors is appreciated thus we look forward to seeing you in Ellesmere Port!
