John Parker previews our final game of the season

Setting the Scene
This is it. The final day.

After a long, demanding season, it all comes down to this. One last game, one last push, one final opportunity to keep the dream alive.

We welcome Stafford Rangers to vanEupen Arena knowing that a win, combined with results elsewhere, could yet see us snatch that final playoff place. It’s not entirely in our hands, but it’s still within reach.

That’s all you can ask for going into the final day.

Now it’s about delivering when it matters most, and making sure we’ve done everything possible when the final whistle blows.

A Bit About the Club
Stafford Rangers are a well-established side with a strong presence at this level, known for their organisation and competitive edge.

They arrive looking to finish their campaign strongly, and with nothing to lose, they’ll be determined to make an impact; adding another layer of challenge to an already high-stakes occasion.

Man in Charge
Graham Deakin took charge of Stafford Rangers in January following the departure of Neil Kitching.

Since stepping in, he’s brought structure and stability, with his side showing resilience and organisation in recent performances.

One to Watch
Winger Matt Hearsey is a player who can make things happen for Stafford Rangers.

Having joined from local rivals Stafford Town earlier in the season, he’s hit the ground running and quickly become an important attacking outlet. Direct, energetic and willing to take players on, Hearsey carries a real threat in wide areas and will need to be handled carefully.

In Summary
Everything comes down to this.

One game. One opportunity. One final chance to extend the season.

The equation is simple; win and give ourselves a fighting chance.

But before anything else, we have to do our part.

It’s been a season full of highs, challenges, setbacks and moments of real quality. Now it’s about rising to the challenge when it matters most.

And we need everyone with us.

This is where the supporters make the difference. The noise, the energy, the belief. It all counts. It lifts the players, it drives the team, and in moments like this, it can be the edge that turns a game.

Final day. Big stakes. Everything on the line.

Now is the time to stand together.

And give it absolutely everything.

COME ON YOU MOTORS!
